I was looking for a teacher, I found a lineage. I was looking for a practice, I found a path. And somewhere along the way, without quite knowing when it happened, I found my people. And they are all my Teacher. They all point me back to Source. Lib Hello love, I struggle with the guru-student relationship but finding a teacher was a necessary step for me and perhaps it is for you. In the past, when people have asked me about a 200hr training I have always advised to find a teacher, not a training. I am forever grateful to my teachers. They have given me so much and on Guru Purnima, I deeply bow to them. Ask me now and I would say, find a lineage, a path, a community. Find the living pulse of Devi. Find transmission, earthiness, people who walk the talk. Find humans, honesty, kindness and care. Find people who practice and encourage you to practice with them. Find a place where everyone is recognised as a conduit for Divine transmission and where we all learn from each other. Find recognition and belonging. An open palm that leads you back to yourself. As we've been calling in the next circle for the 250, which begins in September, I've been asked what the difference is between the 250hr and the 300hr and Libby has written a brilliant blog in response. Lib is a graduate of the first 250hr online training in 2021, and she's since studied and taught on both trainings. She knows them intimately and writes beautifully. In many ways, she can tell you more about them than I can. I'll be offering another online class this Friday and a 2 hour workshop on Sunday, if you would like to practice with me. To see for yourself and have the experience of what we are pointing to in these blogs and love letters and words. As Lib says, studying non-duality will only take you so far. Tantra is a direct realisation Tradition, transmitted body to body. Friday Embodied Flow 7.30-8.30am BST £15 drop in / £30 for 3 classes In love and devotion. Col 🌹

I’m an Embodied Flow™ facilitator, Senior yoga teacher, devotee, Tantrika and humble shepherd of the Samāveśa School of Yoga where I offer online and in person trainings, courses, retreats and community. Each week I send out a love letter with everyday esoterism, applying the teachings of non-duality and yoga to our daily lives. I share honestly and authentically and there is usually a free meditation, an offering or an invitation of some kind to help you connect with your body, the moment or each other.
Good morning love 🖤 I was talking with a dear friend the other night who asked me to share more about the last year and this wild descent. About midlife, individuation and how I’ve been experiencing it. I didn’t know where to begin. To attempt to articulate the layers and levels of animacy, synchronicity, archetypal forces, real life magic and deep alchemy that has gone down. Along with bottomless grief, unbearable pain I never wanted to face, a reality I wouldn’t have been able to fathom...
Morning love 🙏🏻 It feels like Autumn outside. A whisper of cool wind and the foreshadowing freshness of everything falling away. A year to the day, I journeyed to Greece for what would be a life changing pilgrimage. Today I find myself, once again, packing headscarves and floaty dresses but this time to follow the call of the Magdalene 🌹 She is the rose, the Divine Mother, the first Apostle, the Sacred Whore. A leader, healer, teacher and, for me, a bridge into wholeness. Both thorn and...
“She is good”, they say And sometimes I am sure And sometimes I am not so sure Gwendolyn Ren Good morning love 🌸 For many years I have found solace in non-duality. The ache for union and wholeness persists beneath my skin and I can see the places where the incisions were made. Where parts of me were cut away to sculpt something more pleasing. What does it mean to be good? In the non-dual view it all belongs and this is also a daily practice of remembering. “She is good”, they say. There is so...
